It was about half and half. Off the top of my head I don't remember which books offered what. One was a bonus match up to $200, another up to $500. Some were Bonus Bets up to a higher max bet.
The rollovers were very small, if any. I believe one was 2 or 3x. With the Bonus Plays, I just played both sides of identical lines with two separate books to guarantee a profit.
